Process
Cut, melted, hammered, soldered, shaped, filed and sanded by hand using traditional smithing techniques and vegan tools in my London studio.
I measure, melt, hammer and file each gold fragment individually by hand so each one will be entirely unique, a one of a kind memento of its process.
Made to Order
Each piece is made to order and each iteration of the same design is intrinsically unique in both shape and texture, with some of the marks of my making process intentionally retained for history and integrity.
Dimensions
This ring is made using approximately 15-20 (depending on the size of the fragments and the ring size ordered) solid gold fragments mounted around the whole of the ring shank, which is also of course made of solid recycled 18ct gold.
Each gold fragment is approximately 4-5mm in diameter.

Sustainably sourced round mulberry boxes.
